From Padden Parkway heading east continue onto Ward Rd. In 0.4 miles take a right onto NE 88th St. In 0.8 miles the road will curve right and become NE 182nd Ave. Take a left onto NE 83rd St in 0.2 miles. In 1.7 miles take a right onto NE 217 Ave. In 0.2 miles Livingston Meadows will be on your left.
The Shasta is an outstanding home design, inside and out. A horizontal hallway runs much of the width of the home, passing the great room, kitchen, which has an arched entrance onto the hallway, the walk-in pantry, a door to the garage, a large laundry room, another linen closet, two bedrooms, and the other full bathroom. In addition, there’s a butler’s pantry with arched entrances that leads into the dining room. This serves as an excellent staging area for hosting dinners or it can be used as a wet bar with the inclusion of an optional sink and cabinet.
