Like all Garrette Custom Home designs, the Barclay features a range of selections to make this beautiful home fit your own personal lifestyle. The Barclay is a two- to four-bedroom home, depending on how you use the space, with up to three bathrooms, and a detached two-car garage. The home has two stories and 2357 square feet, and three exterior elevations with outstanding siding and stonework for true curb appeal.

The home features a detached two-car garage with an exit out the back of the garage that can lead into the back of the home via the laundry room. Of course, you and your guests can enter the home through the beautiful front entrance which includes a covered porch that is ideal for a place to relax at the end of the day.

The front door with transom and side window leads into the entry, which leads directly to the den at the front of the home. Right passed the den is a small hallway leading off the entry that includes a linen closet and a powder room. Alternatively, this den could be used as a fourth bedroom with walk-in closet and direct access to a full bathroom.

To the other side of the hallway in front of the entry foyer is the double-door entrance to the master bedroom suite. This room, with its large windows, huge walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom includes an optional tray ceiling in the bedroom, double doors into the bathroom, multiple linen closets in the bathroom, and a dual-sink vanity. From the main entry and its barrel-arch ceiling, you pass a set of stairs that leads up to the second floor. The second floor of the Barclay is an incredibly flexible space. You could use it for two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, and a large flex area. Alternatively, you could choose to have just one bedroom upstairs, along with the full bath, and use the rest of the space as a bonus room. This is ideal for kids to play, study, and have some space to themselves, or use it as a family gym, craft room, or even a movie room. The options are limitless and the choice is all yours!

On the main floor, you’ll find the great room and the kitchen making up the back of the home in a spacious open-plan design. The kitchen area includes a large nook perfect for dining. The kitchen also has an island for additional counter and storage space, as well as a walk-in pantry. Finally, there’s the large laundry room off the dining nook. Because the laundry has the back door to the home, the space is ideal as a mud room to keep the rest of your home clean.
