Heading north on WA-16 towards Bremerton and take the Tremont St. exit toward Old Clifton Rd. Turn left onto Tremont St. W. Continue onto SW Old Clifton Rd. Turn left toward McCormick Woods Dr. SW. Turn left onto St. Andrews Dr. SW. Follow the Garrette Custom Homes signage to the McCormick Woods model home.

The Forte and The Forte Bonus offer space, comfort, and flexibility, whether you’re a young, growing family or empty nesters looking for space to enjoy hobbies and still have room for visiting family. Each floor plan, with at least six elevations available to suite a variety of tastes, features an array of options that let you personalize the home to reflect your wants and needs.

The Forte is a two to three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1910 square feet. The Forte Bonus, with its extra upstairs level is a two- to three-bedroom, 2-3 bathroom home with an office space and a total of 2437 square feet.

Both floor plans welcome you with attractive exteriors, which include a front porch and a covered back porch. As you enter into the foyer of each home you’ll find a hallway that leads to a second bedroom and bathroom, as well as the spacious laundry room. The Forte includes a hall closet, as well as a linen closet in the laundry. The Forte Bonus includes a linen closet in the hall and extra storage space off the laundry room.

As you continue down the hall of each home, there is an ideal office space in the Forte Bonus and an open den area or potential third bedroom with optional walls and doors, no matter how you choose to use the space. Each home also includes a small entry from the garage with closets and optional drop zones, which then lead onto the hallway.

The hallway leads into the coffered ceiling Great Room in each home, a spacious area ideal for time with the family or entertaining friends. Both home designs have an open-plan aspect with the Great Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen all leading to each other, yet there’s just enough definition to make it easy to design each area as you need.

Both spacious kitchens include a walk-in pantry, plenty of cupboards, and an island ideal for everything from baking to arts and crafts projects with the kids, or simply relaxing with a friend and a nice glass of wine. The semi-separate dining rooms look out onto the backyard and the covered back porch, extending the options for summer entertaining.

Just off the kitchen and dining areas in each floor plan is the access to the master suite. With gigantic walk-in closets, dual sinks, linen closets, separate water closets, and a variety of bathtub, shower, and soaking tub options, the master suite becomes a true personal retreat.

With the Forte Bonus, there is an additional upstairs area that offers a standard bonus room and optional storage area. Alternatively, you could use the space as an additional bedroom with a connecting bathroom, and a loft area, including additional storage.

Both versions of the Forte provide a number of options that allow you to personalize and customize the home to make it your own, such as:
