When it comes to flexibility and the potential to meet almost any needs, the Baker floor plan outdoes itself. This 2,083-square-foot home plan offers up three to five bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, and extensive garage/workshop space, along with thoughtfully designed great room and kitchen areas that serve as the heart of the home.
Even choosing the standard format of the Baker provides you with a fantastic three-bedroom home with all of the bedrooms upstairs. They include a spacious primary suite with dual-sink vanity and an extra-large walk-in closet. There are two addition well-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom, and the upstairs has the bonus of a loft area that is ideal for a range of uses from game room to exercise room. For family convenience, there’s also a large laundry room that includes a linen closet.
Downstairs, you’re welcomed with a covered front porch, an entry area great for keys, shoes, or just easing you into the home. There’s also a powder room just off the entry for convenience. A hallway then leads you into the main living area of the home, directing you into the comfortable great room that looks onto the covered back porch. Next to the great room is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features an island, extensive cabinets, and a walk-in pantry. There’s also access to the kitchen from the garage, ideal for bringing in groceries.
All of that is the standard Baker floor plan, which is ideal for a wide variety of home buyers. However, if you want more space and flexibility, this plan features a number of design options.
