We build our regional model homes as a place for you to go and learn more about building your dream home! As an on your lot builder, we want you to still tour a beautiful appointed model home. The Thurston County Regional Model home is located in Olympia, just miles west of Tacoma. The model, our Rainier home plan, features 3,213 square feet, a sprawling main floor, a bonus room, a luxurious master suite, and a gourmet kitchen.

On I-5 heading south take exit 114 towards Nisqually. Continue on Martin Way E and then take a left onto Duterrow Rd SE. In about 0.7 miles take a right onto Steilacoom Rd SE. In 1.1 miles take a left onto WA-510. Continue straight through the roundabout onto Marvin Rd SE. Stay on Marvin Rd SE and go straight through the 2nd roundabout. The model home will be on your right in 0.7 miles.
