We build our regional model homes as a place for you to go and learn more about building your dream home! As an on your lot builder, we want you to still tour a beautiful appointed model home. The Pierce County Regional Model home is located in Puyallup, just south of Seattle. The model is our popular Shasta XXL home plan. This plan features 3,756 square feet, a sprawling main floor, a formal dining room, a bonus room, a gourmet kitchen and so much more!

Continue on Pioneer Way E for 3.2 miles then take a right onto Canyon Rd E. for 1 mile. Turn left onto 72nd St E this road will turn into 62nd Ave E and the model will be on the left.
