Hood.The Livingston features 3,650 square feet of living space and provides a wealth of layout options, including four to seven bedrooms. Inherently, this is a traditional home, with the main living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms located upstairs, but with all of the options we provide in each of our homes, this can remain a traditional home or become something more, serving modern needs and lifestyles. The options start with the exterior, where you can choose appealing architectural styles, including Craftsman, farmhouse, and modern.

Inside, you’re met with a fabulous standard plan that you can customize to meet your personal needs.
