The Livingston is a two-story home with the owner’s suite upstairs, following certain traditional layouts. The stairs lead up to a central loft area, ideal for a range of uses, whether it’s somewhere for the kids to hang out, a place to turn into a home library or just a comfortable place to relax. Plus, you have the benefit of having the area over the great room and the entry open to the upstairs, creating an airy, light-filled atmosphere, different from traditional second stories. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. But it is the owner’s suite that really shines! This is an amazing space with a large bedroom, an ensuite spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and a walk-in closet that truly doubles as two separate closets, with more than enough space for two. On top of all of that, there’s a separate retreat area connected to the bedroom, with double doors to keep it private when needed, and a view looking out over the back of the home, letting you have a place to get away from it all when needed.
