The Henderson is an appealing floor plan for a variety of home buyers looking at new homes in Portland Oregon and Puget Sound It combines traditional elements that are important to any home with a modern flexibility and layout that makes it a comfortable and functional home for almost anyone.

The Henderson, like all of our homes, is a flexible and adaptable floor plan. In its standard layout, it has three bedrooms, but that could easily increase to five bedrooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,546 square feet of stylish and livable space. There are even three exterior options available, ranging from classic to modern.

Among the highlights that most appeal to today’s buyers are the spacious owner’s suite on the ground floor and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs, providing a great set-up for peace and privacy. The upstairs consists of two identical bedrooms, except for the inclusion of a walk-in closet in one. They take over one side of the floor. There’s a hallway with a full bathroom, followed by the laundry room, a large walk-in linen closet, and finally the bonus room with a variety of design options that could include turning it into an additional bedroom. This space really gives you room to grow and can adapt to your changing needs and interests.
