This home may be focused primarily on the ground floor, but you still have a total of 3097 square feet, providing plenty of space and flexibility. With the options available, this has three to four bedrooms, two to 3.5 bathrooms, a three-car garage, and numerous other ways for you to ensure it fits your lifestyle. There are even multiple exteriors – from farmhouse to modern – to let you put your own personal stamp on the whole house.

The Aspen is modern in its thoughtful layout and open-plan design in the heart of the home, yet it retains some of the rooms and features of more traditional home designs. While featuring a dining nook next to the kitchen and great room, there’s also a separate dining room, with openings on three sides. The second floor is only a partial floor, as it doesn’t cover the entire first floor. It’s primarily a long section, running from front to back of the home. This is where the third bedroom would be located, along with a loft area and a large bonus room. This space is where you find even more flexibility. The bonus room can serve a variety of purposes as it is, but we also offer options that include adding a second bedroom, with the loft area separating the rooms and still providing plenty of space for hobbies, a game room, or whatever fits your lifestyle. There’s also the option of another full bathroom.

Having the bulk of the home on the first floor appeals to a range of ages, thanks to less need for the stairs. The upstairs area can be a great place for older kids to feel like they have some privacy, and can also be convenient for multi-generational households.
