Gridded windows - Depending on the plan chosen, front-facing windows have a grid pattern on them, for an upscale appearance.
Front porches - Garrette Custom Homes celebrates front porches by adding details and accents like craftsman-inspired railings, as shown on specific plans. Easy maintenance is assured with front porch floors made of concrete. On sloping lots, we offer raised cedar decks with stairs and railings.
Rock veneers - Choices for rock accents are available to dress up the exterior. Choose from many different types of accents, from ledge stone to castle stone. Rock is applied per plan.
Fiber cement lap siding - Worry-free siding in lap, stucco and shingle finishes covers our exteriors. All of it comes with a 30-year warranty for your peace of mind and protection.
Concrete patios - Our oversized 12' x 10' patios give you room to entertain. On sloping lots, a 6' x 3' cedar landing is included in lieu of a concrete patio. For the Oswego model, the standard patio and deck size is 8" x 8".
Architectural roofing - Featuring both raised and lowered dimensions, the shingles of our roofing are both beautiful and durable and come with a 30-year warranty.
Exposed aggregate driveways - The first 20 feet of your driveway showcases a rock-like texture, giving it a decidedly rich finish and texture.
A welcoming front entry - Our craftsman-inspired front door is made from insulated fiberglass and has 4 window panels to allow light into the entryway. A deadbolt assures security.

Two exterior faucets - Lawn maintenance and car washing are easy because faucets are conveniently located.

Enchanting kitchens

Granite Tile - Make a statement in your kitchen with elegant and cook-friendly large 12" x 12" granite tile counters, set with a minimal credit card grout line. Easy to clean and the most elegant surface available, your countertops will be the hit of the kitchen.
Oak cabinetry - Contemporary recessed cabinetry with 30" uppers and concealed European Hinges are included features of this kitchen.
General Electric appliances - A four-cycle dishwasher and a free-standing electric range, both in classic white, will make your meal preparation and cleanup easy. We've also plumbed the refrigerator area for an icemaker.
Other extras - Kitchens include a hard-working garbage disposal, contemporary recessed lighting and luxurious Delta faucet with a pull-out sprayer.

Luxurious flooring

Wood-look laminates - Quality, easy-care laminates in a wide range of wood tones are available for entryways, kitchens and nook areas, per plan.
Classic vinyl flooring - Bathrooms and laundry areas have durable and dependable vinyl floorings in a variety of colors, styles and textures.
Upgraded carpet - Our choice Powerball frizzae includes a plush pad for the ultimate in comfort and wearability.

Distinctive Interior detailings

Rounded interior corners - These softened edges give the home a contemporary appearance and allow rooms to flow more graciously into one another.
9-foot ceilings - Talk about spaciousness, 9' ceilings make rooms feel larger and taller. Normally our construction is 9' ceilings on the main level and 8' ceilings on the upper level.
2" x 6" construction - With these thick exterior walls, we're able to meet stringent R-values for insulation. You'll also have good sound proofing in these homes because of the construction.
Craftsman molding - This wide 3.25" molding looks impressive as a casement around doors and as a floor base. Most people will think you upgraded to get this molding.
Lever door handles - Convenient and attractive, these nickel finished lever handles are easy to open, even when your hands are full.
Painted trim and doors - Rooms appear larger and more contemporary because doors and trim are painted the same color as selected for walls. Door and handrails are painted with an enamel finish. Trim is finished in satin.

Upgraded Electrical

Rocker Switches - Easy on and easy off, these rocker switches are unobtrusive and sleek.
Pre-wired for a garage door opener - This makes it easy for you to install yourself or add at a later date.
Two phone jacks and two cable jacks - Technology is built right into your home. Please check with your sales rep to see where these jacks are planned for your home.
Bedroom light package - Every bedroom has overhead lights, which is something you'd pay extra for with most other builders.
Forced air furnace - 80% efficient electric furnace. Natural gas furnaces are available wherever natural gas is available.

Plumbing and bathroom features

Large capacity water heater - Hot showers and laundry loads can be done simultaneously, thanks to a 50-gallon electric water heater. A high-efficiency 40-gallon gas water heater is available when natural gas is available.
Decorator tile countertops - Bathrooms are treated to tile countertops in a variety of colors. A bullnose edging gives it an upscale finish.
