What evolved was Garrette Custom Homes, a company of over 20 employees that provides turnkey solutions for landowners who want to build on their land, as well as opportunities for buyers looking for homes on acreage, view parcels and horse properties.

Today, Garrette Custom Homes is one of the largest single parcel builders in Clark County. At any one time we have up to 50 different pieces of property available for building - from acreage to larger city lots.

What sets Garrette Custom Homes aside from other builders is our availability of plans. We have nearly 20 different plans to choose from. And because we've built the plans several times, we understand the specific challenges of each plan. That means we'll be able to better estimate actual costs and timing to build the plan. In most cases, we can build from raw earth to finished home in as little as 6 months, that's 3 to 6 months faster than most non-production builders.

Customizing one of our homes is also easy. With access to a 5,000 square foot design studio, among the largest in the Portland/Vancouver metro region, you'll find have a wide range for options at your fingertips, from cabinets to flooring to appliances… even down to the front door you'd like on your home.

It's been exciting to see how a dream has evolved into reality, helping so many people find their dream homes on acreage they either already owned or who used our purchasing power and expertise to build a home for them.
